4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including UI design, software, and templates, is the property of BILLAZZ. You retain full ownership of your invoices, uploaded logos, and business data.

  • You may not copy or reproduce platform design elements

5. Termination

Procedures for closing accounts and ending the service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in harmful activity. You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

Upon termination, your access to premium features and saved data may be restricted.
